3D MODELING WITH BIM METHODOLOGY: ARCHITECTURE-STRUCTURE-MEP
WHAT IS B.I.M.?
BIM (Building Information Modeling) is a work methodology that allows management of construction projects in all its phases, using virtual construction models and collaboratively between the different intervening agents.
The main goal is to avoid rework by optimizing time and costs by cross-engineering the construction models, also obtaining drawings and schedules.
THE PROCESS:
Once the architectural design is approved, we proceed to develop the construction modeling with the LOD and LOI necessary for the type of project.
We manage the multiple specialists involved, and by using BIM methodology for 3D modeling of the project, we make the "Engineering Cross-check" to detect and correct clashes between disciplines, in addition to obtaining material schedules.
We use Revit software to create the different BIM Models, either from the Autodesk cloud or working with our own server to have the information available in real time for our clients.
